When you discover the townhouse in the narrow cobbled street, the first thing you notice is the natural stone façade. The style continues inside with exposed walls of rough stone alternating with white plastered surfaces. Between the historic wooden ceilings, arts and crafts and the casual mix of old wooden stools, custom-made furniture and modern design, you simply can’t help but feel at home. The same goes for the Acapulco Chair on the balcony, where you can daydream with a view of the vineyards and the roofs of the village.

This really is the perfect place to enjoy with a large group of friends, and cycling clubs and teams.

The villa is very spacious and offers a comfortable stay for up to 25 people.
There are a total of 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 large living rooms, 3 kitchens, multiple terraces, an outdoor bar and BBQ area, a large swimming pool, various seating areas, a big balcony and a patio.

One of the most amazing things are the views.
On one side you look over Benissa and have sea view while on the other side you have a panoramic view over the whole of the Valley.
It is a very relaxing place, a quiet area, great to disconnect and enjoy the surrounding area.

A Rural House all situated on the ground floor. Built in 1900 approx. and restored in 2005, with thick wooden beams and solid brick typical of the area.

There are 5 bedrooms: all with hot-cold air conditioning, suitable for up to 10 guests, on a shared basis.

There are 3 bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in a covered and glazed area, ideal for the whole year.

There is Air-conditioning hot-cold throughout the house, and a pellet fireplace.

The house has 2 lounges with TV, stereo, Satellite with more than 900 channels, Wi-Fi. 3 dining rooms (all with capacity for 14 seats)

Outside terrace / riu-rau: facing the pool, with a 2nd living-dining room, for pleasant lunches or dinners in the open air. Chill-out area on the terrace, with a large living room and a third dining room for 13 people, with direct access to the kitchen and bathroom.
